Our team at Cassandra is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and experience.
We do not issue refunds on Salon & Spa services.  In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 5 days of your service. We will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction.

Information collected directly from you: We may collect personal information directly from you, for example through a web form, during registration, while making a reservation or at checkout. Personal information we collect directly from you may include first and last name, address, email address and phone number.

To provide the exceptional level of service you’ve come to expect from us, we utilize your personal information strictly for the purpose of conducting essential business operations.

We use your information, including your personal information, to provide our services as well as to communicate with you, respond to your inquiries and book appointments. If applicable, we may communicate about special events through email.

No individual personal information such as appointment bookings, gift card purchases, or other sensitive information is accessible to any third party. Your payment and personal information is always safe. We do not store any credit card information on file, and we do not share or sell any personal information.

Cassandra gift cards may be enjoyed for the purchase of goods and services (but not for other gift cards). Gift cards are transferrable but cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash. Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
